Each laser tattoo removal treatment will vary based on the tattoo involved, the patient, and the end goal desired. THE CONSULTATION
Whatever result it is that you are seeking, we will first have you go through an initial tattoo removal consultation. During this consultation with an Appleton laser professional you will discuss the laser tattoo removal process, how it works, and what you wish to achieve. We will also discuss pricing, the treatment timeline, and possible side effects.
After the initial consultation, we can start the first removal treatment right away or we can set an appointment for a later time.
THE LASER TREATMENT
The first few minutes of the removal treatment will be dedicated to your comfort. We have a Zimmer Cryo 6 cold air chiller that it used to numb the tattooed area. The skin is superficially numbed using the Cryo’s chilled air that blows at -30 centigrade. (Almost as cold as a Northeast Wisconsin winter?) This numbing is non-invasive, natural, and can be used before, during, and after treatment for your comfort.
Once the area-to-be-treated is nice a cold, we will begin the laser tattoo removal treatment. This treatment will go exceptionally quickly since our Astanza laser technology allows us to move at industry-leading speeds with pin point accuracy. Treatments can last from 30 seconds to 15 minutes, depending on size and the colors involved.
AFTER THE TATTOO REMOVAL SESSION
Once the unwanted portion of the tattoo is completely treated, we will begin the aftercare process. Aftercare involves protecting the tattoo with a healing ointment, covering it with a bandage, and sending you on your way!
For the weeks following the body will work its natural magic at flushing away the tattoo ink. Then, before you know it, you will be ready for your next treatment.
